Ok so I have used Sports Clips for years. Mainly in South Florida. I moved back up to Springfield, Ohio and of recent have never received such crappy service. The Manager Tia and the previous Shannon are anything but Managers and fell in the position by default. They keep hours that fits their needs and I'm pretty sure they have friends or people checking in online and not planning on showing up when they don't feel like working or have to fill in at another store owned by this owner. Got my haircut today and as I was paying Tia walks up and is pretty much telling the girl that cut my hair that she messed up and how to do it different but no one offered to fix it. I payed $30 for the haircut to pretty much here behind my back that it was messed up. I will now have to drive 30mins away to go to a better run store which isn't ran by this franchise owner.

Alpharetta Sports Clips, never even got a haircut, probably a good thing, stylist did greet me when I came in, then my name disappeared off the schedule display. The stylist spent more time talking than working. Waited my turn which they ultimately ignored and went to another customer. Worst service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. They need to include negative numbers to properly review this location.
