I went to get my hair cut today, I have been to sports clips many times back in Minnesota. My first time getting a haircut out is Massachusetts I showed my stylist many pictures of how my hair gets cut, along with where to leave my hair longer and that I get a scissor cut all around my hair. The stylist then proceeded to buzz the sides of my hair and cut the top of my hair short after I said not to cut it short and that I don't buzz my hair. For my experience it is one of my worst haircuts that I am not happy I ended up paying for and will not be going back.

You make an online time of arrival which is 3:10, at 2:20 son checked online status again, said he was on deck. Called location to let them know he couldn't make it in time and asked to be out back in cue because of the 40 minute jump, couldn't put him back in cue till 2 hrs later. Who is going to go sit for a haircut 1 hour before their cue time. Supervisor not helpful at all. Will not go back
